  Dr. Phillips provides dental care for our whole family and I am beyond satisfied with his attention to detail and thoroughness. Most dentists perform services that are supposed to be covered 100% by your insurance. Every dentist I have ever been to in Harrisonburg has presented me with a huge bill following a semi-annual cleaning and exam. The usual response is "Oh, having insurance is like have a discount card and our charges are more than what they cover." I feel that is a provider who is trying to make money off of patients and take advantage of them needing the service. Dr. Phillips is different, I never pay more than a few dollars (literally $2.00) AND the care is better. Dr. Phillips has all the latest equipment and his administrator, assistant, and hygienist are friendly and efficient with their work. In terms of comfort and quality of work, Dr. Phillips has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and at no time have I EVER experienced pain. I had to have a crown last year and I can tell you his work is top notch. He is an artist! I would recommend Dr. Phillips and his team to anyone who wants superior dental care in a warm and home-like environment. Dr. Phillips is the best in the Burg!
