  The most attentive, spiritually rejuvenating massages are given by Trisha. I met her back in 2013 and haven't met a better massage therapist since! Trisha has a calming demeanor, and is attentive to your emotional energy from the moment you walk through the door. Every massage I've had from her has been different, all perfectly aligned with my needs at the time. She has a creative, improvisational style that always leaves me feeling restored. The new location fro The Mother Bear Spa on South High Street is a spacious, relaxing place to visit Trisha. Even though I've moved out of town, I still return to get massages from her!
